Printing All our products are printed in the factory. The process is a screen-printing production based on the Pantone™ colour system. Pantone colours are designed for use in offset printing and should only be used as a reference guide. A number of alternative options are available for printing under the reflective material. While every effort is made to reproduce the ink colours you require, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. With our screen-printing process we can reach a level of 34 points per cm2 for four colour prints. Print on or below By printing below the surface of the film you obtain a 100% reflection. But printing on the surface of the film decreases the reflective area. This might mean that it will not live up to the EN13356 all depending on how big the product is and where you place the logo. We are always available to answer any questions on this matter. The cost of printing either below or on the surface of the film is the same.

Artwork All artwork must be received digitally in camera-ready high quality. Please send it by e-mail to: sales@mannik.co.uk Artwork should preferably be Illustrator files .eps. Although we are able to work with .PDF, tiff and .jpg files. CDs are acceptable too but may cause delays in delivery time. We reserve the right to determine what is camera-ready. Our screen charge covers: Screen, tooling and artwork preparation. Our production process has limitations regarding certain typestyles. We will follow - as closely as possible - the typestyle requested, but we reserve the right to make any necessary changes, subject to your faxed approval. |
